Tell us where you want to go and roughly when — by phone, WhatsApp or the enquiry form. We'll send a quotation and a day-by-day itinerary. Your booking is confirmed once we've received the deposit shown on that quotation and sent you a written confirmation; until then prices and availability can change.

A customised package is private and built around you — your dates, your pace, your choice of hotels, travelling only with your own group. A group tour is a fixed departure: set dates, a full coach, fellow travellers and a tour manager throughout. Group tours are usually the better value; customised packages give you control.

Because a customised package doesn't have one price. The cost depends on your dates, group size, hotel category and how the itinerary is shaped, so we quote each enquiry rather than publish a figure that would be wrong for most people. Our fixed-departure group tours do carry published per-person costs, because those are the same trip for everyone.

Your itinerary is the definitive list — it states exactly what is included for that journey. Unless it says otherwise, the price excludes airfare, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, camera fees and anything described as optional.

We prepare and submit the application, book appointment slots, and tell you exactly which documents to bring. What no agent can do is guarantee the visa itself — that decision belongs to the destination's government. Don't book non-refundable flights around a visa you don't yet hold.

No — it isn't included unless your itinerary says so explicitly. We ask every traveller to hold it, and for international journeys and high-altitude yatras we consider it essential. Buy it when you pay your deposit, not the week you fly, or cancellation cover won't protect the money already at risk.

Most are, and we plan the pace around who is actually travelling — children's ages and seniors' comfort shape the itinerary, not the other way round. The exception is the high-altitude yatras. Tell us who is coming and we'll tell you honestly whether a journey suits them.

Genuinely demanding. Kedarnath involves a trek of roughly 16 km from Gaurikund, the Char Dham roads are long and slow, and Ladakh and Tawang spend days above 3,000 metres. Anyone with a heart condition, breathing difficulty, high blood pressure or serious knee trouble should speak to a doctor before booking. Pony, doli and helicopter options exist at Kedarnath at your own cost.

In the mountains this is normal rather than exceptional. If we have to resequence days or drop a stop, we will, and our team arranges alternatives on the ground. Costs that arise from events outside our control — weather, landslides, strikes, government or airline decisions, temple closures — aren't ones we can absorb, which is the practical reason we press so hard on insurance.

We'll guide you on flights and can book them for you, but airfare is not included in a tour price unless your itinerary says so. For group departures, wait for written confirmation that the departure is running before buying tickets.

Tell us in writing as early as you can. Charges depend on how close to departure you cancel and on what airlines, hotels and operators will refund us — peak-season hotel nights and airline tickets are often non-refundable in full. The exact schedule that applies to your journey is set out on your quotation and confirmation.

Group tours need a minimum number of travellers. If that isn't met we may cancel and refund you in full, and we'll tell you as early as we can. It's another reason not to buy non-refundable flights before the departure is confirmed.

A tour manager travels with every group departure, and our team stays reachable on phone and WhatsApp for the length of the tour — and we already know your itinerary when you call.

For a domestic tour, four to six weeks is comfortable. For anything needing a visa, or for peak season, the Char Dham window and the year-end departures, book considerably earlier — visa processing is the usual bottleneck, and the best hotels on the yatra routes fill first.
