Welcome to Dhruv Tours. We are committed to providing our travellers with well-planned, comfortable and memorable travel experiences. By booking or reserving a tour with Dhruv Tours, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to ensure transparency and clarity regarding bookings, payments, cancellations, inclusions, exclusions and other aspects of your tour.

1. 01

   Booking, payment & identity documents

   • A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the necessary advance payment.
   • The total amount for train and flight tickets must be settled at the time of booking.
   • The outstanding balance for the tour must be paid by the deadline specified by Dhruv Tours.
   • Failure to make timely payments may lead to cancellation of your booking.
   • Every traveller must possess a valid original government-issued photo identification throughout the duration of the tour.
   • Passports and visas are required for international tours where applicable.

2. 02

   Transport, accommodation, meals & luggage

   • Dhruv Tours serves exclusively as a tour organiser and does not own or operate any airlines, railways, buses or shipping services.
   • We are not accountable for delays, cancellations, schedule modifications or interruptions in service caused by third-party transport providers.
   • Accommodation is typically provided on a twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise.
   • Single occupancy may be available for an extra charge.
   • Meals during train and flight journeys are not included unless specifically mentioned in your itinerary.
   • Included meals will be offered as outlined in your itinerary.
   • Requests for special meals should be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
   • Travellers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings.
   • Dhruv Tours holds no liability for loss, theft or damage related to luggage.

3. 03

   Bus seating & railway reservations

   • Seating will be assigned based on the order of booking.
   • Seat rotation is not permitted unless indicated by the tour manager.
   • Preferences for train berths (Lower, Middle, Upper, Side) cannot be guaranteed, as allotments are made solely by Indian Railways.

4. 04

   Additional expenses

   To ensure complete transparency, please note that certain activities, services and personal requirements are not included in the standard tour cost unless specifically mentioned in the tour itinerary or package inclusions. Any such expenses will be payable directly by the traveller.

   The following items are excluded unless explicitly included in your tour package:

   • Entry tickets
   • Boating
   • Horse rides
   • Helicopter rides
   • Porter charges
   • Personal expenses
   • Optional activities
   • Religious tours

5. 05

   Darshan, poojas and rituals

   Sufficient time will be allocated for darshan and other religious practices. Costs associated with special poojas, rituals or offerings will be incurred by travellers themselves.

6. 06

   Liability

   • Travellers engage in tours at their own risk.
   • Dhruv Tours shall not assume responsibility for accidents, illnesses, injuries, property loss or delays beyond our control.

7. 07

   Unforeseen circumstances

   Dhruv Tours shall not bear responsibility for delays, cancellations or additional expenses resulting from natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, strikes, governmental restrictions, pandemics or any other force majeure events. Any extra costs incurred will be borne by travellers themselves.

8. 08

   Children's policy

   Child discounts may apply according to specific tour packages and the age criteria outlined therein.

9. 09

   Acceptance

   By booking a tour with Dhruv Tours, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
