What we collect
When you submit an enquiry or request a callback, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and whatever you tell us about the journey you are planning.
When you book, we additionally collect the information needed to make the booking — traveller names as they appear on official ID, dates of birth, passport and visa details, addresses, emergency contacts, and any dietary, medical or accessibility needs you choose to share with us.
We do not run advertising trackers on this site, and we do not buy or sell contact lists.

Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote or itinerary, and call you back when you ask us to.
To make and manage the bookings your journey requires — airlines, hotels, transport operators, guides, permits and visa processing.
To reach you before and during a tour with confirmations, joining instructions and urgent updates, and to provide 24×7 support while you travel.
To keep the records that Indian tax, accounting and travel-trade rules require us to keep.

Who we share it with
Only the suppliers a journey actually needs — airlines, hotels, transport providers, tour managers, guides, insurers, and visa or permit authorities — and only the details they need to serve you. Some of these are outside India when your journey is; sending your booking details abroad is unavoidable for an international tour.
We share information with government authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it for someone else's marketing.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation where it left off, then deleted.
Booking and payment records are kept for at least eight years, because tax and accounting rules require it.

Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You can tell us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.

Cookies and this website
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store a small flag so our intro animation only plays once per visit; it holds no personal information and disappears when you close the tab.
